‘Verdugo’ de Argentina volverá a jugar futbol

Ciudad de México.— El que fuera el ‘verdugo’ de Argentina en la pasada Copa del Mundo 2014 ha confirmado que se encuentra cerca de volver a la actividad futbolística.

Hablamos del volante ofensivo Mario Götze, quien ha expresado a través de un comunicado en las redes sociales su alegría por su próximo regreso a las canchas. “He pasado por un tratamiento exitoso y estaré de vuelta en los terrenos de juego”, se puede leer en su texto.

Recordar que el talentoso mediocampista alemán no juega desde el pasado mes de febrero cuando se le fue detectado un trastorno metabólico, el cual le impide quemar grasas con normalidad. 

“Mañana comenzaré con la tercera etapa de mi programa de recuperación”, informó el futbolista de 25 años de edad, al tiempo que añadió: “más que emocionado de estar de vuelta en el estadio y en el campo de entrenamiento”.

 

Hello everyone, due to a metabolic disorder, I was unable to play football lately. During the last few months I have gone through a successful treatment and I am back on track now. Tomorrow I will start with the 3rd stage of my recovery program. This means I will complete the performance test and begin training with the team soon. I am more than excited to be back in the stadium and on the training ground again. A few important things for you to know: First, I am very proud of my BVB teammates and I am so happy they took home the DFB Cup. The pictures of all of you, the fans, celebrating in the city reminded me of my first victories with the club. Second, I would like to congratulate my teammates of the German national team for winning the Confed Cup as well as the German U21 for their victory at the European Championships. I am extremely proud to be a member of the team and of the DFB. I would also like to wish my younger brother success on the U19 national team. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you!! Last but not least, I would like to give a big thanks to all of my fans. You all have supported me so much during the last few months. Your messages and get-well wishes were motivating and greatly appreciated. Thank you Aki Watzke and Michael Zorc for your trust in me during this difficult time of recovery.It helped a lot. Los cinco meses que estuvo sin actividad en el campo de juego lo privaron de disputar partidos de eliminatorias mundialistas, así como cotejos importantes para el Borussia Dortmund, quien se consagró campeón de la DFB Pokal.

“Estoy muy orgulloso de mis compañeros de equipo BVB y estoy muy contento de haber llevado a casa la Copa DFB”, escribió Mario, quien también felicitó a sus compatriotas por los campeonatos en la Copa Confederaciones y en la Eurocopa Sub-21.

Por último, Götze agradeció a todos aquellos que lo han acompañado en estos difíciles momentos como lo han sido los aficionados, los médicos y preparadores físicos del BVB, así como su familia y a su bella novia, Ann Kathrin.
